If Selected you must meet the following criteria 

You Must be a self contained kitchen or "Food Truck" the city will not accept "Carts" or "Catering" without a clean kitchen on wheels 

You Must Be a Registered Business with a Tax ID 

You Must obtain a permit from the City Of Southfield 

You Must provide proof of food service certifications 

You must sign a contract with the promotors of the show

Hours are 9am-4pm you are expected to stay to at least 3pm
